Computer Department  :-
The department of  Computer science and Engineering was established in the year 2001. The department aims at technical and professional competency and also aids in calculating moral and ethical values. The alacrity of the students to learn makes it easier for the department of Computer Science and Engineering to produce top-notch engineers who are being recruited by companies all over the world.

Objectives :

1. Excel in all aspects of academic research and produce a high quality science based professionals and enhance their general skills in logical and analytical understanding.
2. To provide the students with ability to perform analysis, specification, design and implementation of quality computer solutions.
3. To provide opportunities to gain practical experience in computer technologies, using the latest and modern software and hardware.
4. To instill within the students the technical, communicative and character skills that will prepare them not just for technical roles but for leadership roles as well.
5. To assist the students in their career placements by setting up multiple on campus placement.

The department has around 200 students and about 14 teaching staff who teach how to think rather what to think. The students are not only trained in academic excellence but are also encouraged to acquire industry exposure through in-plant training sessions to be in the vanguard of pioneering dexterity. The learning atmosphere being more practical oriented makes the transition from an educational institution to an industry effortless.

The Laboratories in the department give an ample opportunities to the students of Computer Science & Engineering to gain practical knowledge and hands on experience in the chosen areas.
The development focuses on overall development of the student, imparting soft skills through live projects, association activities, industrial visits, seminars, group included in the curriculum in conformity with the overall mission and vision of our institution.
The Institute has around 170 Computer systems with latest hardware and software’s The student are trained in various programming languages such as C++. Java, LISP, Prolog, SQL under the expert technical guidance of our faculty members.
Our Computer Lab is equipped with a number of terminals with licensed software’s.

The L.C.D. Projectors are being used by the student and faculty the purpose of better presentation of projects. The administrative block, academic, library and each faculty has access to the servers and internet, One lab is provided for the tutorial and software projects testing.
